In this augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) workshop, participants will be provided with information on what is AAC and who benefits from its use. In addition, it will give an overview of different types of AAC including some of the more popular communication apps for iPads. Finally, tips will be provided on implementing AAC at home and in the community.
