May 28 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Parenting a child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) can be a demanding and stressful job, as lots of time, attention, and resources may be spent on the child with ASD. Siblings who have a brother or sister with ASD can sometimes feel scared, confused, or under supported in this process. This workshop will provide insight and information for parents on how to support siblings to better understand ASD, strategies to foster sibling relationships, and ideas to connect with, support, and involve siblings in order to best meet the needs of the family system.
This workshop is primarily intended for parents who would like information and strategies on how to support siblings of a child with ASD.
*Note: If your child is outside of this age range, please contact email@example.com to discuss if this workshop would be a good fit for your child.
